Its helps, but i have another question, it's possible to save the information that i put on the URL? For example, i want to put numbers of some IDs on the URL, to reference the form to the number, in this case, can i associate the URL last words to something, like a variable?

    Hello Manoel,

Customizing the URL of your form gives your form's URL a three compartmental identity: the first compartment is the Jotform website link (www.jotform.com/...) the second compartment is your username (www.jotform.com/username/...) and the last compartment is stated at your discretion. You can choose to make them variables, letters, special characters or "what have you".

Therefore, you can add a variable to the last part of the URL.

    I hope this answer helps.
