    Hello,

I am looking into making a form that allows me to have a workflow approval would JotForm be able to help me do that?.

    For Example:

I have a Cash request form, A client request cash:

    1. A client enter their cash request amount, Department and their supervisor's information

    2. Once the file is submitted, I want the supervisor to receive an email asking them to approve/deny the request (since the client entered the supervisors information, can it directly go to their email?)

    3. Once its approve/denied, I would like to receive a email of the file saying that a cash request has been approved, and the same goes to the Client.

    4. I want to be able to keep track of the files, and maybe have a google sheet that will show all the request.

    Can JotForm do this?

    Thanks!

You can achieve this requirement by creating multiple emails and conditions to send emails based on a user's answer. This guide will help you out: A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow.

The form can be integrated with Google sheets so that you can store your submissions on your Google drive. Here's a related guide for reference: How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets.

    Hope this info helps.
