I cannot save any changes

    We are making updates on our forms, but we cannot save the changes.  The "save" icon continues turning for hours and hours. It does not complete.

    I have tested your form but was not able to replicate the same issue.

    Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and log in again? I would also recommend trying a different browser.

    This morning the situation is improved, but no matter what browser I use, "saving" any changes is a long, long process.  It would seem that your servers are getting a very heavy load.  Maybe the recently announced improvements have led to a surge in activities on the part of your clients.

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Although I have also tested the said form and was able to save the form for which loaded for like 10 seconds. I can say that this is normal for your form to load to save for this long since you have numerous number of fields and conditions as well.

    Also, have you tried clearing your browser's cache as suggested by my colleague? As this could help make improvement on the speed as well.

    We have tried everything you have suggested, but we are still having great difficulty in saving our forms after making changes. It may take half an hour or more to save a small modification and at times, it does not save at all. We have tried different browsers and have added jotform to our "whitelist" on the firewall.  No results.

    Hi,

    Have you tried already using other internet browser? If not, can you please give a try? I've made some test also with form using Chrome and I wasn't able to replicate the issue.
