Unable to submit the Form due to the required validation error

    Hi 


    My form (Client Record Form & Veterinary Release) that was working Ok has developed an issue. 

    It's wont submit. I'm not sure if it relates to the signature. It failed today after it had been working OK stating that it was a required field, even though I had signed it

    I removed the required field and it still gives an error (See attached) 

    Please help

    I tried filling the Form and wasn't able to replicate it. It was a successful submission and it redirected to a different page.

    Could you please clear your browser cache and try one more time. I noticed that the signature field is not a mandatory one. Also, this time if you experience the issue please send us the screenshot of the browser console logs.
