How can I create multiple boxes for added names on the form?

I'm using jotform to register people for my event.  Because they can choose to add more people than themselves. Is there a way to add boxes that they can fill in the names of others that they are paying for?

Unfortunately, you cannot pass the number from the widget to the calculation or payment field, so you will still need to ask the user to input that, especially when you want to calculate the total priced based on the number of people being registered.
