name field only

Is there a way to change the type of box, in other words what information is required. I want them to be able to put in a name only. I used the email box as it was the only single box available, can I change it to require a name not an email, or can I add a box by creating one, or copy from another template?

You can use the Full name field to ask for the name  and last name.

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.

I only want one name not first and last, is there a name only box I can add? Am I going to have to scrap this form just to add a name form. Please look at the attachment this is the kind of form I want, I just want the ability to add the horse name box.

You may use a Short Text Entry field as your name field.

The Short Text Entry field has the validation feature in which you may specify the field to allow specific entries.

It has also the Input Mask option in which you can restrict the format of the entries.
