My donation form is not sending our confirmations

    Donors are getting a thank you page but no email confirmation.  I thought I set up the autoresponder correctly.  Our company is getting their confirmation of a donation being made.  Can you look to see if I set up correctly?  Thanks

    Yes, your form emails are setup properly upon checking. Do you see their submission in the form? If yes, and since you confirmed that your company is getting the confirmation email, I suspect the submitter had the email on their spam folder. Can you advise them to check? 

    I can also check our email logs for the autoresponder email. We only need the ID of the submissions that are being reported. You can get the Submission ID in the submissions page. Please refer to the below guide:
