Can I add two product elements to one form?

I would like to add another payment element to the form but I am not finding another way to do so. My goal is to add a section that will allow registrants to choose a T-shirt design and quantity for each size. 

Is this possible?

You cannot add multiple payments to your form, that is just not possible. There is a workaround with multiple forms: http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form
