    We are looking into using your form builder to let the salesman enter the orders and select the components that are included in the order to use as a display in the shop.

    Salesman answers pertinent questions and completes the form.

    Report is made on a recurring basis (automatic) and the screen in the shop updates the orders at that time.

    When an order incurs a completed step, we need the information in the shop to be editable as in "completed".

    What would be the best export for the information to then be used for another purpose such as this.?

    Hi @Mower,

    Just to clarify, you want the best way to collect all the submission data form the forms that are being completed.

    You are able to export all your submission data to Excel, CSV or PDF.

    Another option is to integrate your form using Google Sheets.
