Problems with visual reports

I am trying to create a visual report from my submissions. I added a filter, but the information does not load onto the report. It's a single submission, so it should work.

Hello @apotcontinuinged, I can see Visual Report is working fine on your form - 92325133055146. And the other for on your account doesn't have any submissions. Let us know if you still have any issues with it.

I'm not able to find a form on your account with the title "Physical Therapist,Occupational Therapist,Teacher,Parent,Student Therapist"

Could you please specify what particular filter are not loading into that report so we could check?

If I open a new visual report, I can see the items that you sent me. I don't want these. When I deleted them and added filters, nothing shows up on the visual report.

This should make the visual report clearer as I am able to create a visual report for your form with a title: Fall 2019 Physical and Occupational Therapy Continuing Education Speaker Series Registration.

If it's working fine, why are there no graphs on my visual report. I have
two filters and nothing is showing up. I already read the user guide and

I would Like to confirm the steps that you follow to open the visual report. Does the report appear completely blank when you click on the above link? Does the title appear on the report or that too is blank?

If I click on the report you have above, I can see the two graphs and the title. I then deleted these because this is not the info I want in the report and I add two filters for what I do want. After I add the filters,
