when im connect my PayPal its says success, but when am cheeking its Failed , im trying too many time but same problem.

Please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before editing the form. Also, please try to disable your "Avast/Anti-virus" extension it may block PayPal login to your form.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
