We are very proud to announce the latest features here at Jotform!

1.TIME ONLY feature is now released!  No more long workarounds to hide Date portion of our DateTime field using Custom CSS. You can now have Hours and Minutes in your form!

    2. We have  Added an AutoFill Feature which will allow to save entered data without having to apply the Save and Continue later workaround . This is specially great for long surveys

It will make the form to autofill with the last updated info, if  users  accidentally close the windows or refresh the screen while filling the form out, the info will be still there!! Once you submit the form, it will autoclear.

Please check this video to see how it works!

    3. Paypal Payment data is now separated into three columns when exported to Excel and when integrated to Google Spreadsheet.

Namely 'Products', 'Payer Info', and 'Payer Address'.

    4. Authorization-only is now available for Paypal Standard transactions. However, payment capture can only be done manually, via Paypal's account interface. (You can read more about authorize-only transaction here.)

    To enable this setting:

    5. Hide Empty Fields on Emails - This is very useful for long forms with non-required fields. Enabling this feature will remove all the empty fields on submission emails. Note that this would only work for "Default Email Notifications". We do not support this for edited or modified version of notification emails.

    6. Set Empty (Non-Required) Option on Dropdown Fields - This serves as a "hint" for the drop down list.

    7. Weekly and Bi-Weekly added on Paypal, Paypal Pro and Google Checkout Payment Wizard. Subscriptions Limit is also available on Paypal Payments.

    8. We have Added the Ability to Parse Payment Field Tags in Notification and Autoresponder Emails.

Example if your product field tag is {myProducts}, you can use the following tags to separate each result on the email notification.

    Example Usage:

{myProducts:total} <-- For the product total

You can then position these tags anywhere on your email notifications/autoresponders. E.g.

Thank you for the purchase {myProducts:firstname!

    Example Result:

    9. Added Max Size, Max and Min Value on Number Fields.

    10. Changed sorting conditions according to the form fields to avoid duplicates

    Great Updates !

But i'm not very satisfied about Hide Empty Field on Emails because we can't use it with edited or modified version. For me it's not finish. Can you make an effort with this feature.

Great improvements.  Thank you very much.  But limiting the Hide Empty Fields to "default" (unedited) emails renders this capability useless. "Autoresponder 1" is not something the customer will recognize and it will go to "junk".

Thanks for the suggestions. Once you customize an email body we set a "dirty" flag and we do not touch it. But, we will consider our decision about this.

I suggest you to create a separate thread about that issue. Use this link: then include the Form URL so we can check.

Condition sort decent but not complete

If 100+ conditions exist for the same field, such as ...

    Condition #1
If PROPERTY ID is Equal to X
    Send Notification to

    Condition #2
If PROPERTY ID is Equal to Y
    Send Notification to

There is no way to sort the list of conditions based on the PROPERTY ID. If I have 100+ Property IDs how do I quickly find the condition I am looking for to make edits? PLEASE create a way to export the Saved Conditions to csv so I can sort by PROPERTY ID.
