Problems with visual reports

I contacted you previously about having problems with the visual reports, but don't have a resolution to my problem. When I pull up the visual reports, there is no graph or chart showing. The only thing on the page is a header. If I start a new one, it brings up categories, but those are not ones I want to display. When I create new filters, they are not added to the visual report. I have already read the user manual and followed the instructions. Please help.

If you could also provide us in that thread what you would like to display exactly in the Visual Report you are trying to create, we would greatly appreciate it.
