How to send a copy of completed form to patients?

Hello— I just created my first form with Jot. Great app!!

I’m a bit puzzled about a few things. My secretary will be using the form to do intakes with patients who’ve called in. How does she email me a copy of the completed form? Are completed forms stored for later accessibility? When I tested my newly-created form, I couldn’t figure out how to “save” or send the completed form...
