Yes – that is what I am trying to do – but it’s not working for me.
Been to these sites. Not working.

Our power up doesn’t have an enable button for jot form.
Not sure how to get those things
Want to have a form like the attached product order form that we can put into our job cards
Don’t know how to get it there….

I created this form in Jotform – but now I can’t find it.
Also it’s not the same as what I created – it’s not showing the whole page.
I also think it is not a fillable pdf….
Was hoping to be able to put this form on our trello job cards and fill it out easily when we do our order.
Any thoughts on how I find it on jot form?
Get it to Trello?
