Unable to connect my account to Square payment field

    my jotform wont connect to square. i have logged in and it has gotten to the stage of saying Initialzing square connect please wait with the rest of the page blank but then it remains on this page for a very long time and nothing happens.

    I have made sure my square is on and Wi-Fi are on.

    I have also tried to use and connect to pay pal but then it says its loading for a very long time.

    I have tried connecting my Square test account to a form and was able to connect without any issue at my end. As I check your Jotform, it looks like the payment fields have been removed from the form. 

    Could you try adding the Square field to the form again and see if you are still experiencing the issue? You may also try logging into your Jotform account using a different browser and see if that helps.

    Could you please let us know the form URL of the form to which issue is this related to?

    Also, please try disabling any adblocker or pop-up blocker to your browser before you connect your Square account your payment field.
