Email validator widget is not loading for the users in China.

    Dear Support, 

    I have encounter some usage issue of the form in China. 

    I have incorporated the email validator widget and some of our clients in China is saying that they are not able to access the email validator (they see that portion as blank" and thus unable to submit the form because it is a required item. 

    Is there a way to go around this?

    Could you please share the URL of the form? You may also try using alternative domains.

    Also, have you embedded the form on any website? If yes, please provide the URL of the web page.

    I have changed form domain and asked my people to try out in China.

    Could you please tell you are referring to the form 92498731959477? I checked your website and see the form is linked to the "Submit your bid now" button. However, it seems the form doesn't have the Email validator widget.

    In case if you are referring to a different form, please provide the URL of the specific web page where you embedded the form so we can check.

    I have actually removed the form in the original Chinese page, the current ones are using a Chinese based software

    The only form with an email validator remaining for the portal is in the following page

    "register now" button

    Actually, my customer also mentioned to me that they are able to access the jotform(very slow to load though), but no email validator and once click on the submit button, they will see " time out " etc.

    However, I prefer to use Jotform, Please let me know any inputs if possible to resolve those matter so that I can use back the forms.

    It seems the form 92491780073461 is not embedded in the web page. You are just redirecting the users to the form direct link when they click on the Register Now button.

    I asked one of my EU colleagues to check the form. However, the email validator widget is loading without any issue at our end.

    Could you please tell confirm if the issue is only when the user clicks on the Register Now button or when you open the form with the direct URL as well? But, as far as I know, it shouldn't be an issue.

    Have you tried the alternative URLs that were provided? If that doesn't work, could you please also suggest the users to try with VPN?
