when a customer tries to pay with PayPal they are getting this screen

I believe you are referring to this form [https://form.jotform.com/92075598875173] which is associated with your webpage.
Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried testing it using a computer?
I checked the form and I can see that the PayPal Standard is configured properly. I also did a test submission and after hitting the Submit button, I got redirected to the PayPal Checkout page. Here's a screen capture:
In the screen capture above, I've used Google Chrome on a Windows PC.
I have cleared your form cache as well so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
