Form in mobile displaying blank space to the right

hi I have created 2 forms and on the mobile, it is scrolling too far to the right for some reason not sue way it is can you please assist and help me with that here is the URL

The issue seems to be occurring due to the width of the Signature widget. Please try changing the width of the Signature widget to 350 in the field properties so that the form should be displaying correctly in the mobile devices.
