How to view submission data?

I would like to use jotform as general platform for website contact. I have more than one person who will answer for customer questions. What I need is to see what exactly was the answer, who send it and how long customer was waiting for response.

You may setup a notification email for you to receive when a form is submitted and also send an email to your form respondents.

You can add a name field and email address field to know how sent the form.

You may also view submissions in your submissions page.

You may check the submission time stamp vs the notification email timestamp you have received.

To view your notification emails, you can view it in your account history.
