Enabling encryption feature

I want to enable the encryption feature for submitted data on one of my forms. I keep getting prompted to confirm my password. Did that many times, typed it slower each time, even changed my password to make sure the error isn't on my end. I'm still unable to get to the next step. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Hello! I have tested encryption feature with several forms and it seems to work correctly for me. After entering password, I can download a key. 

Can you please make sure that you are entering correct password? You can reset it once again: How-to-reset-the-password

I have cleared form caches for your account. Please also clear browser cache and try again enabling encryption: Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
