Unable to find my shared form.

I shared one of my templates and I cannot find it when I search for it. Can someone please help?

I apologize for the confusion, but may I ask how did you share your form? If it is via URL or the direct link of your form, kindly provide us the link to your form so that we can verify it on our end?

Or if you share it on the Templates Gallery? I have tried to search it on the templates gallery with the exact form title, unfortunately, I'm unable to locate it. 

However, I also checked your Account Activity logs for Form Creations and tried to look for the form title and I didn't find the form on the list. Did you perhaps change the form title? Here is the list of forms you have created from your Activity Logs.

I actually tried to share it via My Forms. I checked the form that I wanted. Then selected More option and at the very bottom selected Share Template. What am I missing?

When sharing a form on the Templates Gallery a modal popup will appear wherein you can select a category and put in details of the form you are going to share. Have you remembered if you change the form title or what category you chose?

But if you shared it in the templates gallery it shouldn't be deleted on your list of forms unless you have purged the form because it can be undone or we can't restore a purged form.
