Hi

Does the submission data reset on the 1st of each month or on the billing date?

Also if I upgrade to the next level will the extra available amounts be active right away.

Does the submission data reset on the 1st of each month or on the billing date?

The submission counter gets reset on every 1st of the month. 

Also if I upgrade to the next level will the extra available amounts be active right away.

 I have checked your account and I can see that you're you are on the bronze plan. You can change your plan from Bronze to Silver with 2 different ways as the following:

First way: You can downgrade your account to the Free plan again, we can refund your money back. After receiving the refund, you can upgrade your Free plan to the Silver.

Second way: You can upgrade your Bronze plan to the Silver on the pricing page of your account. After paying for the Silver plan, you will be on double subscription. We will refund your money of the Bronze plan if you use the Bronze plan for less than 30 days.
