After submitting the cleaners inspection form it comes back with saying BAD GATEWAY.

    I performed a test submission on your Inspection Form 92386274793269. I was able to submit the form without any issue.

    I believe this must be a temporary issue. Could you please check again and let us know if the issue still persists?

    I have gotten a response from another cleaner and they received an error message saying * there are errors on the form, please fix them before continuing *

    Can you please confirm if the form is embedded on your website? If yes, please share to us the URL where the form is embedded.
