Why can't I see my forms in the favorites?

Good Morning!

Out of the long list of forms I have created, I had selected three to "star" as favorites.  From the lefthand menu, when I select "Favorites," nothing apprears in the right hand window. Please see attached screenshot.

I have checked your account and when I viewed your favorite it showed me the three forms.

Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and re-log to your account?

Thank you for your reply.  That is correct...there should be three forms marked as favorites as your screen shot shows.  After logging out, clearing my cache, and relogging into my account, I was still unable to see the three favorite forms.

I used a different brower and that worked!  Is there anything I can do to make it work with Firefox, my go-to browser?

You should be able to view all forms in any web browser.

Can you please try to clear your browser's cache again in FireFox ?

I'm currently using FireFox and I am able to view all my favorites in My Forms.

Well, it didn't work yesterday but it worked today!  Success!  I can now view my favorites.  Thank you for your help!
