I need to create a form to collect payments for membership. The client will decide what items they are paying for and put in the dollar amount for each item they choose. Then I need it to total on the bottom and if I can have an automatic percentage of the "sale" added into the total. I can then take the bottom line total and ask the client to pay separately the final amount on the credit card. Authorize.net doesn't allow many products with the customer to have the ability to put in the amounts.

    Hi,

We have a donation type for collecting payments. This type allows you input any amount on the box provided but unfortunately, this is a single box only and there's no other way for this to get duplicated.

You may consider using our normal Text Box fields or Dropdown Fields for adding the items and to let them enter the amount then use a workaroud such as adding custom Javascript to your form source codes then get the total on what they have entered on the donation box.

With regards to Multiple Payment Options, you may use this guides:

    Thanks

I can use the grading module for adding up costs for individual items, but I would have to figure out a percentage of the total. Is there a way to add a formula into that?

Hi, as mentioned already by Welvin, you will have to use the form's source code and inject your own javascript codes to have a computation formula function.

    Thanks.
