There is an issue with your forms, from outside your network... i have tried your clients sites and none work... please stop saying its working and try using a different network.Page URL:

Can you try shift+refresh on the form? That should clear the cache on your browser.

Someone in your team has fixed it, it wasnt the refresh of the page. there was an issue, not sure who or what, but it appears to be fixed now.
