PayPal Pro form: Authentication/Authorization Failed error

    I just built a form to sell a music cd. I've tested the form but always get an error message saying: 

    Authentication/Authorization Failed
    You do not have permissions to make this API call
     
     
    What do I need to do to set up payments for credit card and PayPal?

    It seems you added the PayPal Pro payment on your form, but have not completed the integration process. Please fill the API Username, API Password and API Signature fields with the respective values to complete the integration process.
