You stopped sending me emails

    I have been using your amazing service for a while and suddenly Jotform stopped sending me emails when someone filled out my form.

    On doing some research, it appears that my email address has been added to your bounce list. See post for similar problem below.

    Please could you remove the following email address from your bounce list.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on this matter, can you please set your Form's notification Sender's Name to JotForm.

    I already checked your email in our bounce list and it is not there. Do let us know if this solution fixed the problem or not so we can further assist you.
