    The default order of columns when you export your submissions to Excel or CSV is based on the order of the fields from your form.

    If they are not in the correct order, this might have been changed. Anyway, you can simply drag the column headers in the Sheets page to re-order them.

    Example:

    Or you can change the column orders in Show/Hide Columns window. Example:

    If it's in the PDF, you can edit your PDF in the PDF Editor and move the fields https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/
