When filling out our membership form and payment information, after clicking Submit we are given an error message: Request Not Authorized
I've had hundreds fill out the form with no issue but now no one can.
Hoping this is an easy fix

I have made a test submission on your form and was successful in submitting it. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error that you received so we could check? Please refer to this guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.
Also, I can see that the Square payment field was set to "Test Mode".
This might caused the issue. Please try reconnecting your account to Live Mode and try to make a test submission if it resolves the issue.
Please do not delete the payment field as it may also delete existing data in associated with it.
