Delete a payment field but keep the product list without requiring payment

How can I clone a form but remove the paypal/make a payment option? I'd like to have the same form to send out without requiring payment...

(When I try to remove it myself, it deletes all of my menu items too)

Once you delete the payment field, the product list is still actually saved on the system, you can then add another payment field and the product list will show up again.

To be able to receive orders but not require any payment, you may try to integrate your form with Purchase Order payment field. 

Purchase Order tool allows you to accept orders without a payment integration. No payment will be required to submit the form but your customers will still be able to see the total charge for the products that they might purchase.
