The Google sheet tied to my Jotform is not updating with new columns

    We've always added fields and seen the new columns show up on the Google sheet, but recently the columns haven't been updating. We would really like to avoid re-integrating since a lot of our Business Intelligence tools point to this spreadsheet.

    In order to prevent the integration to break, we do not recommend even slight changes on the sheet integrated with the form.We suggest that you create a new Google Sheet integration, if you need to change anything on the form.

    Please note that the integration may break, if you do any changes to the spreadsheet.

    You need to keep the header part of the spreadsheet where the field labels are place intact. Modifying any part of the header will break the integration.

    The re-integration might be the only option.
