Email Notifications not sending the notifications

    Good morning,


    Today's online forms 'DASS 21' have not been coming through as notifications on email, and we just wanted to see what can done.

    On checking your form I found that your email notification is in place. From our server logs, I see the email notification for this submission has been sent successfully from our end.

    Try whitelisting our IP address and Domain. Have you checked the notification in your Spam folders?

    Hi,

    We have logged this fault again via the Support page and other external email addresses are coming through okay and we seeing a delay of up to 45mins for jotform emails to come through and these forms are time critical to our business and can you please investigate?
