Issue with automatic email

    Hi, 


    We have an issue with the automatic emails from "Inscripciones BancaFriendly" form. It seems that no email is sent after completing the form. However, the test email is working perfectly. Could you have a look on this? Is it possible to resend to their destinary those emails? Each automatic email contained a personalized pdf that we need to send to the persons who filled in the form.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form's auto-responder email alert and did not find any issue with that. When form is submitted, auto-responder email should be sent to the user who submitted form. 

    I could not test your form to check the issue because of the required field "Elige tu horario". It seems there is no slots available in "Appointment slot" widget and that is the reason I was not able to submit form. Please check the screenshot below:

    For which submissions the emails were not sent? Since "Send on Edit" is already enabled in auto-responder email alert, I would suggest you to please edit submissions you have received in form and submit it again to trigger submission emails.
