We login and renew the service for 1 year, but today, we are unable to login (no response after login) and even no response when we tried to submit "forgot password".

I can see that you were able to change the account password around 10:40 pm yesterday.
I have flushed the login attempts on your account. Please try logging in again.
Let us know if you still cannot log in so we could check further.
