How to decrypt submissions received in form?

I asked a question earlier about my Excel download of submissions being in gibberish.

I've logged in this morning to unencrypt the data and now ALL of my submissions are gibberish and I can even see them onscreen?

Please help as I desperately need this information for my boss, today!

    Thanks

Have you disabled encryption in your form? I would suggest you to please enable subscription in your form again and use the existing key file in encryption.

Once you enable encryption, please go to your form's submission page and provide the key file to decrypt the submission data.

Please note that disabling encryption in your form does not decrypt submissions you have already received. You will need to provide key file to decrypt submissions. Reports including excel export is not available in encrypted form. I would suggest you to please take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    Hope this helps.
