Subscription renewal

    I am trying to reactivate my subscription but I want to ensure it is the exact same subscription and charges I had before. I believe my subscription is renewed annually.

    I did check your account and found that you have silver monthly subscription plan. Your subscription payment is overdue. Please change credit card from your account billing page and that will solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
