My autoresponder email in the form is not working when PDF Attachment is enabled

The test email is working, However, it is not sending an autoresponder email when the form is submitted. This happened everytime i try to attach a pdf file to it.

We have an issue with PDF attachment causing form emails to fail earlier today. Our backend team has fixed it, and pending emails are now being sent. 

Please check again and let us know if the issue persists after an hour or so.
