The account is not showing the upgrade status though we were charged

    Hi guys

    We have recently tried to upgrade from the free account to the Bronze account and have been experiencing some difficulties.  Although it looks as though we have Bronze access, we note that in our Billing section, our subscription shows up as overdue and is asking us to to try changing our credit card details.  When we attempt to do this, the button to do this seems to be inactive.  Could you please advise status of our account and how we go about entering credit card details if our account requires correction.

    Could you please confirm if you were charged for the Bronze yearly subscription. Could you please share the bank statement stating that you were charged so that we can escalate this to our billing team.
