How do I upgrade Jotform plan, my account has been disabled

    I took over from a company who use Jotform and now the account has been disabled but I cannot find a way to make a payment to activate it again? urgent help needed. how do we pay and have our forms working again?

    I checked your account and it looks like you have exceeded the free account limits. You can upgrade your account by clicking on your account image and then clicking your username text link as shown below:

    Then go to billing/upgrade section where you can see the details of each subscription plan. You can choose one of our paid plans considering your needs.
