Not receiving notification emails

    Hi, the issue is recurring again today. We are not getting emails but they are submissions in the jotform inbox.


    Again it is impossible for us to check each form one by one, please advise when can this be fixed.

    And yes we checked bounce list etc all in order. We are now being swarmed by customers and unable to open the Jotform inbox one by one to check.

    We do  apologize for the inconvenience.

    We had an issue with the emails not sending when PDF attachments was enabled.

    Our developers was able to fix this issue and is pushing to send the waiting emails.

    Can you please test your form and let us know if you are able to receive the notification email?

    If not, kindly share the submission ID so that we can check it further.
