Integrate with Auth0.com.

Hi, I noticed you introduced a user name and password feature which got me thinking if Jotform would ever support Auth0 integration so I could create forms for users already signed in to my existing applications. 

We have password protected forms. We do not allow collecting login credentials. In regards to your request to have an integration with auth0.com, I'll submit this request to our back-end team, so if this gets implemented in the future, you will be notified via this forum thread.
