How to assign a form to my technicians, but they can't edit the form?

Hello,

I am trying to use Jotform to create personalised service books for my technicians. I have created one to test, however I don't want my technicians to be able to edit this form, or create their own. 

I plan on having the technicians with their an android tablet, so was hoping to use the jotform app for this. Can you advise how I can limit my technicians access to make changes and edit etc?

You can assign the form to them if you do not want them to make changes to the form.
