Is there a way to prevent multiple submissions?

    Some users are submitting their payment forms twice, and subsequently being charged twice. The time and date stamp is identical, or within a few seconds, so it looks like they have double-clicked the Purchase button. I want to allow this person to order again at a later time if they want, so limiting the IP address won't work.

    Is there anything else we can do to stop this? It is costing us money on transaction fees every time this happens.

    You can take advantage of our unique submission feature. You can try to use the "Check Cookies Only (Loose check)". So, it will check whether the submission came from the same browser. Here is a guide to help you set unique submission:
