Why are my submissions not going thru?

I have had several people fill out the form but when they get to the last page it just says "back" and it will not complete the form anyway you can help out?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and it seems to display the submit button on your last page without any problem. You do not have any conditions added to show/hide form fields and your users should not have any trouble.

Is there any reason on why you have added submit button in a separate page / last page? I would suggest you to please delete last page of your form and move the submit button to the previous page and make it a last page.
