I'm trying to match my form up to custom fields in Hubspot, so it seems the only way to that is through Zapier. However, Zapier can't find my form in JotForm.
Is there something I need to do to make it appear in Zapier?

The issue might be related to your JotForm account configuration in Zapier. Please try to reconnect or readd the JotForm account in Zapier.
Since your JotForm account is currently using a Europe Datacenter option, make sure to set 'Account HIPAA Compliant?' to 'No', and 'Do You Use European Datacenters?' to 'Yes' when you are connecting the account in Zapier.
