Calculated Fields Not Working

    Trying to add user scores using the "Form Calculation Widget" and a "Calculated" field in the Settings/Conditions.

    Neither are working for the "Criteria 1" scores. However, the widget does work for "Criteria #5" scores.

    I have carefully deleted and created the fields without success. What am I doing wrong?

    I have checked the form and it seems the calculations are working:

    Could you please provide us further details about the requirement you want to achieve. I wasn't able to replicate the concern. All calculations are working fine on my end.
