Hello,
I want to setup the following condition
How to send email-A - when paypal payment is through and
email-B when paypal payment is not through or failed or client abandon the process
please help

Your form will not be submitted unless the payment went thru successfully.
So for successful payments, simply create your regular notification and autoresponder emails.

However, for unsuccessful payments, please follow this guide so an email will be sent to you and/or your users:

Please note though that you cannot control the template of the email being sent out on this part.
