Saving forms for future use

Hi,

We use jotform for our campus clubs. Each semester they need to indicate they are returning by completing the reactivation form we created. We are curious if they can save previous semester forms and only update new info if needed and resubmit?

You can update your form and configured it by letting the users edit their submissions at a later date. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

You will also need to update your email settings and enable the Send on Edit option so whenever someone edits the submission, you will receive an email.
